Do we need a group license to book this?

No. Live and virtual training can be booked entirely on its own. The Online Training Group License is a separate offering for organizations wanting a self-paced, scalable software solution.

Either. Whether you need a full baseline built from the ground up, or focused work on one specific gap like delegation or conflict resolution, we structure the engagement around what you need. 

That’s normal, and it doesn’t require splitting people into separate tracks. Because our training is principle-based rather than tied to a specific tenure, a brand-new supervisor and a decade-long director can work with the exact same material—they will just apply it to the complexity of their respective positions.

It directly addresses the leadership skill gap, which is very often a primary driver of turnover and low morale. What it won’t do is override your organization’s own incentives. For example, if you are promoting people for behaviors that contradict good leadership, training alone won’t fix a misaligned incentive structure. If we spot that happening, we will tell you honestly.
