It’s a free 15–20 minute conversation to talk through what you’re facing and make sure our coaching style is the right fit for your situation before you commit. No pressure, no hard sales pitch.
How is this different from just talking to a mentor or a friend?
A friend will usually take your side. A colleague has internal company politics to worry about. A coach is entirely focused on your objective growth. Do I need to have taken the free training first?

Life and leadership happen. Just give your coach as much notice as you can (usually 24 hours), and we’ll adjust the calendar.
